This page will tell you how to Create, edit and delete pages in the CMS (Content Management System) and help on things like SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and basic design.
Page Creation
- Click the content link at the top
- Click Page to create a web page e.g. an information page
- Fill in the form
- Name the page in the Title box
- Fill in the content for the page in the Body box.
- Use any of the buttons on this box to make the description look pleasing.
- To check for spelling errors use the spellchecker which is the last button.
- To add images please use the third-to-last button called the iBrowser.
- To see more of the page use the second-to-last button for a full screen version.
- Use the Body box to help with SEO
- If you know how to use HTML use the HTML button (NB You can destroy a page using this button)
- The input format is the type of HTML the site will use for the page. If it is set to "Full HTML"what ever you have used will go straight to the page, if you use "Filtered HTML" (a normal user will only use this and have no option to change it) your page will have unsafe content filtered out e.g. images can cause all sorts of nasty problems so the "filtered HTML" takes them out. Recommend using "Filtered HTML", testing the page and if it is wrong changing it to "Full HTML".
- With attached images you can attach an image to the page (it will be formatted and sized correctly when uploaded)
- You can choose an existing image from the pull-down
OR - Click the Browse button and find an image on you computer

- If you want to add the page into any navigation menus put a Title and Description under Menu Settings, from the pull-down select the Parent and from the Weight select how high (or close to the left) you want the page to appear in the menu (the lower the number the higher the page will float in the menu, and pages with the same number will appear in alphabetical order.
- Under Comment settings choose:
- Disabled - No one can comment on the page
- Read only - The comments already on the page are kept, but no more comments are alowed
